Testing at Misano

StoneBaker is at Misano in San Marino this weekend for a test prior to the WSBK event later this month. We will be posting photos in the mobile blog through the weekend. After this test the team heads up to Germany for the Nurburgring WSBK event next week.

The forthcoming BSB round at Snetterton is just over a week away, so it's time for another FREE pass draw from StoneBaker Racing. We've got the usual couple of passes for one lucky winner but please note that it is valid for RACEDAY ONLY - Sunday 15th June.
To enter, simply select the "Contact" option along the above menu bar of this website and enter your name and email details along with "Snetterton BSB Pass Offer" in the comments section. This point is VERY IMPORTANT - without it we won't know if you want to enter this particular draw, entering one of our other competitions or are simply registering with the website.
Entries are limited to one per person. Multiple entries, where detected, will be deleted.
The draw will close at midnight, Sunday 8th June. All the entries will go into the hat and a name will be selected at random for the passes. Everyone will be notified if they have won or not and the winner will be asked to provide contact details so we can get the passes to him or her.
Please note - anyone who has already registered with the site and wishes to enter this draw must still send a message, your name will NOT be added to this draw automatically.
All applicants will be added to the StoneBaker Racing email list and will receive regular notices and bulletins relating to the team's progress. Please inform us when you enter the draw if you do not wish to receive these updates.

StoneBaker to sign new rider?

11-year-old racer Jordan Holliday contacted StoneBaker recently, asking if he could meet his race idol(!), Gino Rea.
Jordan is currently second in the British Supermoto Championship, and even with a fractured thumb he still managed to rack up three second places and three thirds at his last meeting.
Jordan is hoping to move into the Aprillia Superteen Challenge this year, with his first race hopefully being at the British MotoGP-backed round in June.
Jordan and Gino (along with Dan Linfoot and father Roger) merrily chatted away for the best part of an hour at Donington Park this weekend. Be careful though Jordan, if you turn out to be too good we'll just have to put you under contract to the squad....

The great race at the new Portimao circuit brings an end to our season in World Superbike Superstock 600, with riders Gino Rea and Dan Linfoot.
The season has been a success with Gino third and Dan fifth in the championship standings following three victories and five additional podiums in total. The results have also acted as a stepping stone to the riders for next season, with both securing high profile, career progressing rides for 2009.
Thank you for all of the emails, calls, texts and visits throughout the year. It has been much appreciated.
